Cancellation Policy

Cancellation or Changing of an Appointment Time. On occasions you may need to change your appointment time or day and will always strive to accommodate. To avoid any inconvenience, we kindly ask that you give a minimum of 6 hours’ notice so you don't lose you payment and another client has the opportunity to make an appointment. Please contact us if you have an event that is beyond your control that prevents you from attending so we can help.
